Let me tell you — we absolutely love this restaurant! 10 out of 10 across the board! Pen crafted our bowl with such care and attention to detail, and it absolutely showed. The flavors were out of this world — fresh, balanced, and unforgettable. You can tell quality is a priority here. Steven was also amazing — super friendly, welcoming, and made sure our experience was just as great as the food. The atmosphere is clean, modern, and relaxing... the kind of place you genuinely want to come back to (and we will!). We’ve already been telling friends about it, and we’re making plans to return ourselves soon. If you’re looking for a spot that gets it all right — food, service, and vibe — this is it. And hey — if you ever find yourself in Richmond, Maine, swing by and say hi at Morning Moose Coffee! We love supporting other awesome spots like this one.

The falafel pita—aye, a true creation of balance and harmony. Wrapped in warm pita, this handheld masterpiece delivers crisp falafel kissed by the fryer and blessed by flavor. Nestled with hummus, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, pickles, pickled onions, and a swirl of tahini sauce, each bite brought clarity to the Force... and to my taste buds. Freshness in every layer, crunch from the pickles, and creaminess from the tahini—this was no mind trick. This was real food, made by those strong in the culinary arts. The garlic fries—a side dish worthy of its own knighthood. Drenched in creamy aioli, sprinkled with herbs and cheese, these were not fries... these were lightsabers of flavor. Fast, fresh, delicious food; at prices cheaper than Subway. Their Mandarin Cardamom Fresca is a great way to beat the heat and refresh your taste buds. Get the Gyro, and your lunch will keep you full for hours. Plenty of vegetarian options too.

I cannot express how much I love this place. The first time I went I ordered the Chicken Shawarma Bowl and it was so good that I've barely tried anything else on the menu. I could eat it every day; the perfect blend of warm juicy chicken, perfectly prepared rice, and crunchy vegetables. A perfect pick me up on a cold day and always filling. Sometimes the counter staff is a little lackluster but the food balances it out. The guy normally working the register in the evenings is great, I always look forward to seeing him.

Such good & authentic Mediterranean food! We wanted to try some of everything so we got a few different dishes to do a family style dinner. Everything was amazing - especially the garlic fries & the baklava! I will never underestimate a mall food court restaurant again!

This place is awesome. If they'd give me a franchise I'd sell both my knees and one kidney to buy in. All halal so that is great, too. Sometimes the service is slow but tbh I only put 3stars for service in hopes the owner sees this and reaches out for feedback and Im all "Dood change your mind about franchising" and then hangs up on me. Every bowl is awesome. Most of the sides, too. They care and you can tell.

My first time trying this place and I love it I got the falafel for meat choice with signature balsamic rice, mixed greens, jalapeno beet hummus, cukes, tom, red onion, fresh parsley, chickpeas, Kalamata olives, pickles, onions, and pickled turnips and onions with tabbouleh and Tahini sauce.. 10/10 I will be back to try more! I came around dinner time, atmosphere was amazing very pleasant and the crew on shift was very helpful, for this was my first experience..

Ok... First thought was "the mall food court"?? Really?? But, we wanted to try it and AMAZING! Halal meats, perfect seasoning, authentic food! Just perfection in every manner!! Steven, the manager, was a super guy, friendliest of individuals, and he took great pride in his abilities and his staff! And he should!! Don't let the "the mall food court" throw you. This place is the real deal!!
